Two Ontario-based, culturally unique credit unions merging operations

Need: Assist the Chair and senior management (transition) team to create one united and competitive organization
Action: Designed and facilitated a series of strategic planning, business development, teambuilding and town hall sessions (including a major national conference) over a two year period
Result: Helped establish the strategic direction for the new organization, while fostering new levels of trust and collaboration amongst directors and senior managers.
